At Jane's Happy BabyT, we pride ourselves in using only the finest, premium ingredients. We stand by our guarantee: Baked fresh and made-to-order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
How to return a product
Simply send an Email to: "firstname.lastname@example.org" detailing the reasons why you are dissatisfied. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement or store credit. After review of your Email, if approved, we will then Email you a return authorization form for you to fill out and return to us with your returned product. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition and in all the original packaging within which you received it.
Please note that when we ship your order, it is perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Although we pack your order with great care to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it was sent, we cannot unfortunately, take responsibility for what happens during the shipping process. If you are concerned about this possibility, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to cover any loss or damage incurred due to shipping. Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have contacted Jane's Happy BabyT and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an Email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you on the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially defective or are damaged, not due to shipping; both of which are highly unlikely events. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on unwanted or mistaken flavor selections which includes cookie club subscription auto-ship shipments. This is because we cannot resell what is to be returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Our products are subject to availability due to occasional seasonal varieties and ingredient changes. Jane's Happy BabyT reserves the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect market ingredient costs, availability, and other conditions.
